Babushkahs are the most versatile headscarves ever! Below are just a few ideas for how you can tie them. But we encourage you to experiment! Tell us how you wear yours.
Classic Bandana
Babushhahs are hand-crafted for a comfortable fit, and are made of soft, fashionable fabrics that cn be cold water-washed.
Doo-Rag Style
Place either a headscarf-size Babushkah or a bandana-size Babushkah in middle of forehead. Tie ends into a knot at the back of the head, on top of the hair. Tuck in the point of the Babushkah underneath the knot.
Full-Coverage Turban Style
Place headscarf-size Babushkah at the top of the forehead, below the hairline. Cover head with the rest of the Babushkah and tie the ends in a loose knot at the base of the head. Tuck in the point of the Babushkah underneath the knot to ensure total head-coverage.
Place a bandana-size Babushkah on the upper portion of the head. Tie the ends under the hair in a bow or knot. Looks like the classic bandana you've loved for years!
Headband Bandana Style
Before placing on head, "flip" up the front of the Babushkah to expose the underside. Still holding the "flip", place the Babushkah at the top of the forehead. Tie the ends in a bow or knot under hair. Works for both bandana-size and headscarf-size Babushkahs.
Rolled Headband Style
First roll the Babushkah from the tip of the triangle back to the base to create one long piece. Place center in the center of the forehead, keeping the roll in place. Tie in the back of the head. Works for both bandana-size and headscarf-size Babushkahs.
Ascot/Scarf Around the Neck
This can be done with either a bandana-size or headscarf-size Babushkah. Simply place around neck and tie at the back of the neck. Looks great on top of a shirt or tucked inside a coat. A scarf without the bulk!
